Alter Brewing (Downers Grove & St Charles)

Alter Brewing Company was founded in 2015 with the goal of bringing people in the Chicago burbs together over high quality craft beer. Their original location in Downers Grove features a beautiful open air taproom with views of the brewhouse, patio, and two exceptional private event spaces. The second location is a full restaurant that resides on the Fox River and Main St. in downtown St. Charles. Visitors will enjoy exceptional views from the patio and container bar during warmer months, as well as an expansive offering of food, beer, wine, and spirits.

The President, Head Brewer, and Marketing Manager are all University of Illinois Alumni.
